该中心位于风洞和工程部两栋建筑之间。其作为法拉利集团的主要形象，是集团技术研发和行政管理的总部基地。

The centre located between the wind tunnel and the engineering building, the Management and Research Centre is the company’s flagship asset housing both its research facilities and technical management division.

该项目旨在将自然景观融入高科技办公园区内，从而为法拉利集团雇员创造一个舒适的工作场所。

The aim was to bring the natural environment inside the high-tech complex so as to create a comfortable place to work in.

建筑与景观设计的融合 | The Architectural and Landscape Design come as a whole

研发中心建筑与光，水和竹类植物的搭配使其成为园区内一道靓丽的风景线。其中，水与其反射元素的互动更是升华了项目整体的视觉观感及体验感。

Light, water, and bamboo plants are deployed to make the building a gorgeous landscape within the industrial precinct. The quality of the overall visual and physical perception there has also been brought to another level by the water element playing its reflection.

入口处悬挑(上) | Cantilever Structure at the Entrance (Top)

办公区域(下) | Office Zone Centre (Bottom)

建筑的主入口处是一个悬挑出7米的巨大体量。它独立于建筑物的其余部分，悬浮于下方体量屋顶上的水池，赋予研究中心极具辨识度的建筑语汇。

The ensemble is dominated by an overhanging volume that extends 7m across the entrance area. Separated from the rest of the building, it hangs over the pool on the roof of the volume below, giving the building its iconic status.

办公区域走廊(下) | Corridor in Office Zone Centre (Bottom)

研究中心中庭内的室外连桥同样悬浮于水池之上，它们作为中心内部的通道串联起两个会议空间。会议室由颜色进行区分，分别为红色与黄色。

Footbridges across the pool form an interconnected network between the two meeting rooms, one is red and the other is in yellow.

项目内的水元素 | The Water

水元素与其周边环境的反射是项目整体设计的关键元素之一。反射改变了对水以及其所处空间的时空感知，有效地将空间和时间两大概念融于办公场所。

Water and reflections are key design features. Reflections modify spatial and temporal perceptions of water, effectively applying space and time to a workplace.

项目内的水元素 | The Water

在这里，水池通过与悬浮体量缝隙处进入的自然光线形成的反射和眩光效果构筑了一个新的空间。在阳光的照射下，水池犹如盛满液态金属的坩埚，极具工业感，与工业园区的功能属性相辅相成。

Here, water alters architecture by creating new spaces with the reflections and glare of light from slits in the suspended upper volume. When sunlight strikes it, the shallow pool seems filled with some precious liquid metal, a crucible of industrial manufacturing.

中庭竹园景观及室外连桥 | The Bamboo Garden and Bridges

竹园景观位于中庭的下沉处。它们井然有序地排列着，将光线层层过滤，并发散至各个方向。

Down below there is a bamboo garden, an orderly rectangle of nature that dissects the light, scattering it in a thousand directions.
